What we do / Integration and systems / HighLevel
A CRM that does the rest of the job too.
At heart, HighLevel is a customer system: every contact, message and job in one place. Then it books the appointment, sends the reminder, chases the quote, takes the payment and asks for the review. We use it ourselves and set it up for clients.
We're a HighLevel affiliate, so we earn a commission if you sign up through our links. More in the questions below.

In practice
What happens when a customer gets in touch.
- 1A customer fills in the form on your website
- 2They get a reply straight away, even at 9pm on a Sunday*
- 3Your team sees it in one place, with a task to call back
- 4Nobody replied in a day? It reminds you
- 5Book them in, and the confirmation and reminder go out on their own*
Nothing gets lost in someone's inbox. Your team spends its time talking to customers, not chasing them.
More than a CRM
Everything it does, and what it would cost separately.
Tick what you would actually use. Nobody needs all of it.
That's £271 a month less before usage. About £3,252 a year.
Cheapest paid plan that does the job, monthly billing, excluding VAT. Pounds where a tool publishes them; others converted at the rate in the notes below†.

Teams
Running a team of freelancers or renters?
Salons with chair renters, gyms with personal trainers, clinics with practitioners, businesses with several sites.
Each person gets their own account for their own clients, bookings and reviews. You keep it all under your brand. HighLevel's larger plans let you charge each member for their account, so the system can pay for itself.
- Starter covers you plus two others
- Unlimited covers as many as you need. You invoice them yourself
- Agency Pro takes their payments automatically and passes on usage costs*
Does it cover its own cost?
Covers 64% of the plan. You pay the other £133 a month.
Your own numbers, not a forecast. Usage* is passed on separately. Excludes VAT.

Worth knowing.
Do you earn from recommending HighLevel?
Yes. We're a HighLevel affiliate, so we earn a commission if you sign up through the links on this page. It doesn't change what you pay. If we recommend it as part of a project, we'll say so in writing too. We recommend it because we use it.
Who owns the account?
You do. The account is in your name and billed to you by HighLevel. Your contacts, messages and history stay with you if you stop working with us, and we hand over the logins and a written note of how it is set up.
What costs extra on top of the plan?
Texts, emails, calls, phone numbers, WhatsApp and the AI features are charged on use. They're marked with an asterisk on this page. HighLevel's pricing page has the current rates.
Why are prices shown in pounds?
HighLevel bills in US dollars. We show pounds at the European Central Bank's reference rate so you can compare like for like. What you actually pay depends on your card provider's rate on the day.
Do I need the AI?
No. Most of the value is in the bookings, reminders and follow-up. The AI is worth adding when you're missing calls or answering the same questions all day.
Can I charge my team for their accounts?
Yes. On Unlimited you invoice them yourself. On Agency Pro they pay automatically and their usage is passed on. For most small teams this covers the cost of the plan rather than making money, so run your own numbers above first.
Can I keep my booking or ordering system?
Often, yes. Table-booking, ordering and till systems usually stay as they are. HighLevel handles the calls, messages, reviews and follow-up around them.
Does it work with UK phone numbers?
Yes, but UK numbers need business and ID checks before they can send texts. We build that time into any setup.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how much you want it to do. We scope it first and give you a fixed price and a start date before anything begins.
Want it set up for you?
We map how enquiries come into your business, build it in HighLevel, and train your team. Scoped and priced before anything starts.
Prices checked 16 October 2026. We review them every three months. If something looks out of date, tell us.
