What we do
Websites, networks and the systems in between.
We take on defined technology projects, and keep a small number of clients on for ongoing technology direction. We do not do everything, and we will say so when something falls outside what we are good at.

Technology direction.
For businesses that need help with the decisions as well as the work, without the cost of a full time hire.
- A plan you can budget against. What needs doing, in what order, and roughly what it costs across the year.
- Contracts and renewals reviewed. What you pay for, what you stopped using, and what auto renews next month.
- Someone to check the quote. Before you sign it, from someone who will tell you if you do not need it.
- Available between times. For the quick question that would otherwise sit unanswered for a fortnight.
This normally begins after a first project, once we understand the business. We take on only a small number at a time.
Just as important
What we don't do.
We are not a day to day IT helpdesk, and we are not a marketing agency. If you need someone to answer the phone when a printer jams, keep your IT support firm. They do that better than we would.
- We do not resell hardware or software.
- We do not lock you into systems you cannot take elsewhere.
- We do not take on work we do not think is worth you paying for.
After handover. If something we built fails because of how we built it, we put it right at no cost. Anything ongoing, such as updates, patching or monitoring, is written into the scope with what it covers, or it is not part of the job.
Not sure which you need?
That is what the first conversation is for. Tell us what is going wrong and we will tell you what would actually fix it.
